NEW YEAR’S EVE

Please go through the following instructions before purchasing the tickets.

1. You will receive an email and SMS confirming your payment. You will have to produce it at the entrance to obtain your physical ticket.
2. Depending on the availability of seats and space, the online ticket issue may end at 12.00 pm. Please make sure to reserve your ticket in advance.
3. No refunds or modifications will be made after the ticket is purchased.
4. Children above 3 years are considered as one person and will have to purchase a ticket.
5. Please refrain from disposing of any litter in the concert premises.
6. The concert is scheduled to start at 7.00 pm. The time may vary slightly due to unfavorable weather conditions and/or any other unavoidable circumstance.
7. TicketOne.lk is the official online ticketing partner of the event and will not be responsible for the event organizing.
8. The decision of the event organizers, security, and health authorities is final and TicketOne.lk is not responsible for any inconvenience caused to you by not adhering to the above instructions.
