Please go through the following instructions before purchasing the tickets.

1. You will receive an email and SMS confirming your payment. You will have to produce it and your NIC at the entrance to obtain your physical ticket.
2. Depending on the availability of seats and space, the online ticket issue may end at 12.00 pm. Please make sure to reserve your ticket in advance.
3. No refunds or modifications will be made after the ticket is purchased.
4. Children above 3 years are considered as one person and will have to purchase a ticket.
5. Providing your national identity card is mandatory for security purposes and confirming your identity.
6. As you are entering a safe zone, you will have to adhere to security procedures provided by the health authorities to maintain the safety of you and those who are around you.
7. Wearing a mask is a must and you will not be allowed to enter the premises without it.
8. You are to follow any safety procedures and health checks when entering the concert premises.
9. Please understand the security and health procedures may take some time. Arriving about an hour earlier will help the smooth conduct of health checks and other safety measures.
10. The concert will be held in full compliance with all health and safety procedures specified by the government and you must adhere to the instructions provided by the health authorities and security personal. Anyone who fails to comply with those will be evicted from the concert.
11. Those who are affected by COVID-19, are quarantined, are in self-quarantine, have any possible way of being affected, and have any recent contact with any such person should not participate in the event.
12. Information provided by you are checked by security personal and the health authorities and those authorities have the power to arrest any such persons under the Quarantine Act.
13. Please refrain from disposing of any litter in the concert premises.
14. Smoking and alcohol usage is strictly prohibited.
15. The concert is scheduled to start at 6.00 pm. The time may vary slightly due to unfavorable weather conditions and/or any other unavoidable circumstance.

17. The decision of the event organizers, security, and health authorities is final and TicketOne.lk is not responsible for any inconvenience caused to you by not adhering to the above instructions.
